The Mysterious Geographic Explorations of Jasper Morello is an absolutely stunning animation that gives me goosebumps! How did I miss this gem back in 2005? To sum it up without spoiling anything it blends steampunk, Tim Burton styling, and silhouette-puppetry-like character designs/animation. For the length of it, it tells a wonderful story of... go watch it! I could give you the torrent but that wouldn't be nice (lurk more!). The dvd is available standalone and is also part of many animation-short compilations. I need to start collecting more animations! Makes me wish I studied animation instead. Oh knows maybe I'll get into animation later on. We'll see.
